Dr. Brian Austin initially became interested in chiropractic after sustaining several injuries competing in professional motocross.  Experiencing such phenomenal health and performance benefits influenced his decision to become a chiropractor so after graduating from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, with degrees in physiology and psychology (so he loves the mind-body stuff), he went on to pursue his Doctorate in Chiropractic at Palmer College of Chiropractic West. 

In 2001, Dr. Austin opened Healing Touch Chiropractic in Hillcrest, which is now one of the leading offices in San Diego, specializing in corrective chiropractic care, helping the people of San Diego to get healthy, and stay healthy!  Utilizing state of the art spinal scanning and x-ray, along with the most advanced adjusting tables and proven yet gentle techniques, Dr. Austin is recognized as a leader in family health and wellness. 

Dr. Austin is excited to announce that Healing Touch Chiropractic was recently accepted as an official Research Site by RCS, the research & clinical science firm conducting world-wide research studies on health and wellness, which will result in ground breaking clinical evidence of the benefits of chiropractic care.
Dr. Brian is on the Board of directors for the California Chiropractic Association (CCA), San Diego Chapter. Corporate Wellness has become a major focus and passion for Dr. Austin. Dr. Austin truly enjoys delivering his powerful health and wellness messages to corporations throughout San Diego. In 2007 he delivered over sixty health and wellness workshops.
